Crust had a hole in it when I unrolled it.








Jumped the zuchs in butter an olive oil, salt and pepper, then when they started to get a little burnt, lots of dill, chopped garlic, a little sugar. In their oil, three eggs scrambled with cottage cheese.

When the crust was nicely brown under its olive oil, brushed it with Favorite New Hot Sauce One (right) and Good Old Sriracha, mixed the scrambled eggs with the sweet garlic zuxhs and a fistful of chopped cilantro, dumped it all together, and voila: breakfast for dinner.
